Tell us, Roy, what are your thoughts on Pekago now?
"Since April 1st, I have started as Operations Director at Pekago Covering Technology.
What immediately appealed to me? The combination of complexity, potential and craftsmanship. Pekago brings engineering, injection moulding, painting and assembly together under one roof.
Over the past few weeks, I have mainly taken the time to thoroughly understand the organisation and its processes, and to get to know everyone at Pekago. It’s energising. There is a strong foundation — and plenty of room for further optimisation and growth.
With my background in improvement projects, supply chain and operations, I look forward to taking steps together with the team in performance and collaboration. I am truly excited to contribute to this".
